The purpose of this project is to increase participation in a community of practice (CoP) for HR professionals to improve employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The CoP was created as a knowledge translation tool to address gaps in knowledge and dispel misconceptions of HR professionals related to employment of people with disabilities. Year 1 involved updating the CoP and incorporating online CEU courses for HR professionals. Next steps involve a PR campaign and data collection efforts to gain additional feedback on the CoP.
