Ask an Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Professional RE: Ticketing and Accessible Seating

Event Date/Time:

Wednesday, April 9th, 2025
2:00 PM EDT - 3:00 PM EDT

Location:

Via Zoom Webinar Platform

Description:

With concert and event season fast approaching, this session is our reminder that the ADA requires covered entities to provide tickets for accessible seating at events where assigned seating is provided. However, there are still many entities and attendees with disabilities who have questions about this process. For example, who qualifies for accessible seating? How long do event hosts need to reserve these seats? What requirements do third-party ticket sellers like Ticketmaster, Stubhub and other re-selling platforms have to meet? Please join us for this live Q&A event with ADA professionals from the ADA National Network who will be answering these and other questions about ticketing and accessible seating under the ADA.

Individuals are encouraged to submit questions for the presenters in advance through the registration process.

Human generated captioning and sign language interpreters will be available.
