A Business Manager’s Guide to Disability

"A Business Manager’s Guide to Disability" is a two-part webinar series entirely focused on business and disability issues.

Part one, presented by Conrad Kuehn, is titled "A Manager's Guide to Disability Etiquette in the Business Place." This presentation will address issues such as how to interact with individuals with disabilities in the workplace, and the appropriate measures that should be taken.

Part two will be presented by John Dineen, and is titled "A Manager's Guide to Supporting Employees with Non-Apparent Disabilities." Non-apparent disabilities can be some of the most difficult for a manager to become comfortable with because they are just that--non-apparent, or invisible. This webinar will talk about these types of disabilities and how to work employees who have them.

This webinar series costs $90 per site. CRCC and HRCI credits will be offered and Closed Captioning will be available.
