This webinar is the fourth in the Northeast ADA's ADA-101 series. Intended for those new to the Americans with Disabilities Act or for those wanting a basic refresher, this webinar will focus on Title II of the law which covers state and local government and all related entities. It will give a broad picture review of the responsibilities of these public entities in relation to individuals with disabilities including physical and program access, reasonable modification of policy such as service animals, and effective communication.
