The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that is divided into five sections, also known as Titles. The first section (known as Title I) applies to employment in many different and often complex ways. The ADA National Network has created the Employment Resource Hub to address specific themes and common questions related to employment and the ADA. The majority of this information was developed from existing materials, including factsheets, handbooks, and guides published by the ADA National Network or by the regional ADA Centers.
