Description: 

This session will provide an overview of the rights of individuals with disabilities who use service animals. The session will cover the ADA definition of a service animal and regulations regarding service animals, including documentation, restrictions, and removals. This session will also clarify the difference between service animals and emotional support animals and examine the different laws that cover them. "What Would You Do?" scenarios will be discussed. The session is targeted toward Title II and III entities that serve the general public.
