Please join us for an ADA legal series webinar reviewing some of the “Greatest Hits” in ADA Employment Law. As we approach the 28th anniversary of the ADA, Southwest ADA Center legal specialist Diego Demaya, will spot-check and briefly discuss some of the more notable EEOC disability-related technical assistance publications released in recent years. He will also review the EEOC's online complaint filing form as well as notable cases to keep on the ADA radar. Additional areas covered will include EEOC's focus on harassment, final rules on employment wellness programs, EEOC request for people experiencing discrimination connected to certain cases on the docket, and available EEOC assistance focusing on Small Businesses.
