This webinar will provides a practical introduction to the foundation for creating accessible documents. We will start with an overview of the workflow process to advance digital access and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance in the role as a Digital Accessibility Coordinator. We will then explore key elements that enhance accessibility and usability in everyday materials. Topics include best practices for file naming, color contrast, alternative text, structure formatting, content readability, and incorporating a Notice of Accommodation.
