This 30 minute session will address some of the most common questions about accessible parking, including providing accessible or reserved parking as a reasonable accommodation for employees under Title I of the ADA, how the ADA Standards apply to parking facilities under Title II and Title III, how to address restricted parking, and how state and local laws and codes come into play.
