ADA Virtual MiniCon: Emerging Issues in the ADA and Criminal Justice
The agenda features a keynote focused on ADA legal principles and regulations that apply to criminal justice settings; instructive case law and settlement agreements; and technical assistance publications for law enforcement, corrections, and other justice-related systems personnel.

- A Collaborative Approach to Emergency Behavioral Health Response highlights a collaborative approach between law enforcement and behavioral health services to respond to behavioral health emergencies
- Thinking Outside the Box When You Are in the Box features a panel of experienced ADA Coordinators from corrections systems
- Treating Opioid Use Disorder in Correctional Settings: Using Evidence-Based Approaches to Save Lives highlights innovations in corrections-based treatment, recovery-focused supports, and reentry services
