These standards became effective on November 25, 2013 and a previous webinar session was completed on these new standards for Federal facilities (To see Recorded Archive Click Here). This is an opportunity to ask additional questions on the conditions for exception for trails and other elements, the scoping provisions for picnic facilities, or any other scoping or technical provision contained in this rule. Jim Raggio, General Counsel for the Access Board, will review application issues related to covered Federal facilities and respond to questions. Advance questions are encouraged, but will be limited to the first 30 to provide an opportunity for questions during the live session.
