Guardianship impacts at least 1.3 million disabled people in the United States. In recent years, the topic has received more widespread attention. Participants will leave this webinar with a better understanding of: what guardianship is, who it impacts, how restrictive guardianships can impact reproductive health decision-making, and less restrictive alternatives happening at the state level.
