The 4th Thursday ADA Talks are monthly webinars on topics about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), disability rights, and access that run for 1 hour on the 4th Thursday from January to October 2026 (10 webinars).

In This 4th Thursday ADA Talk: 

Get a clear, practical overview of the five titles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how they apply in real-world settings. Participants will learn how the ADA addresses employment, state and local government services, public accommodations, telecommunications, and enforcement provisions, with complex legal concepts explained in plain language. Designed as an informational session, the training helps participants understand key ADA requirements, terminology, and protections, making it ideal for employers, public entities, businesses, educators, and community organizations seeking a foundational understanding of ADA responsibilities and rights.
