Accessibility standards under the ADA and ABA provide criteria for the multitude of elements in retail stores and spaces such as parking, checkout aisles, sales and service counters, queues and waiting lines.  We will address your more advanced questions about these spaces including the accessible route into and through the space, dressing and fitting rooms, and other frequently asked questions.
