Join Chris Sweet, technical assistant for the Northeast ADA Center, as he guides business owners and employees through the essential basics of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and service animals. Service animals are becoming more common as people with disabilities realize what they can do. But not all dogs are service animals.  

Chris will also present the new Service Animals in Public Spaces website. This toolkit-style website helps small businesses become more knowledgeable about their rights and responsibilities under the ADA.
