This session is intended for ADA and DSS professionals seeking a better understanding of the legal compliance obligations colleges have when making accommodation decisions for students with disabilities under the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.  The presenters and college disability service professionals will explore making accommodation decisions in and out of the classroom using best practices and real-life scenarios in this interactive session.
