In this second session, audience members will identify when and how the Americans with Disabilities Act and its Amendments (ADAAA) apply to employees. Audience members will also learn how a six-step interactive process can be used for handling accommodation requests. 

Finally, audience members will review real-life accommodation situations and solutions that have been implemented to harness the potential of employees with disabilities.
