Join the Bloomington Human Rights Commission to celebrate this 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on Thursday, July 23 at 6:00 p.m. at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 W. Old Shakopee Rd., Bloomington, Minnesota. This celebration will include a special video created by Twin Cities Public Television (tpt), which highlights the history of the ADA in Minnesota. A panel discussion of disability advocates in the community will follow including U.S. District Judge Donovan W. Frank, a lifelong advocate for individuals with disabilities and the ADA.
